RSA is situated in the southern parts of Africa and it covers 1,223,201 square km. This means that it is more than four times larger than Poland. It borders Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe (formerly Rhodesia), Mozambique, Swaziland and is the only African country surrounded by two oceans: the Indian and Atlantic. BOTSWANA is a country in the centre of Southern Africa , roughly the size of Fance or Texas. It is surface area is 582.000 sq km. It is entirely landlocked, bordered by its neighbourus South Africa , Namibia, Angola, Zambia & Zimbabwe. 17 % of land has been set-aside for National Parks and game reserve to name only a few MOREMI GAME RESERVE, CHOBE. NAMIBIA The Republic of Namibia is a country in southern Africa on the Atlantic coast. With a land surfaceof 823.168 sq km, it is nearly four times the size of Great Britain. It is bordered by Angola, Zambia and Zimbabawe to the north, Botswana to the east, and South Africa to the south. Namibia derived its name from the Namib Desert, a unique geological feature renowned for the pristine and haunting quality of its landscape. /more/

ZANZIBAR. Zanzibar, or 'Unguja' the spice island beckons you to its golden shores, warm smiles and delectable cuisine. Zanzibar consists of two islands, one being actual Zanzibar and then Pemba. Zanzibar is approximately 85 km long and 30 km wide with area of 1500 km. To the north lies the island of Pemba, which is 75 km long and 20 km with an area of 850 km. Although not too far from each other (50 minutes by air) and 2 hours by boat, they have different climates and vegetation. /more/
